Have you ever tried to start a task or learn something in a certain amount of days? I’ve participated in learning tasks that were 30 days of this 10 days of that etc., but I have never done 100 days of something. I did check in all my food on a food app for 365 days which was kinda cool. It taught me a lot about my eating habits and how it changed and how to keep changing it. A friend of mine is currently learning Python through this 100 days of code and asked if I wanted to participate. As I am one not to shy down from challenges, I said “Hell yeah!” and signed up with him. As you can imagine, I started off the week with some food poisoning. Haha, didn’t see that coming did you?! Well after a couple of days of recovery, I was able to finally start and I thought it was pretty good. I don’t have a link to share because this blog isn’t to try to get you join with me but more so as a reminder that I started it and to remind you to start that thing you’ve been wanting to learn. It doesn’t have to be 100 days of it, start off small. even if its just 10 min of ‘a thing’. I try to keep the python to an hour a day and break it into 20 min chunks. I tend to lose focus on things after that and get distracted so this helps. I’ll provide updates as I progress and focus more on how I studied and maintained the focus vs what I was studying.
